• Each piece is handcrafted — variations in wood grain, color, or figure are natural and expected.

• Fulfilled orders may not be canceled. Unfulfilled orders may not be canceled after 24 hours from the order being placed.

• All sales are final.

7. Commissions

For custom commissions, we work with you to design your piece. A deposit may be required before work begins. Timelines vary depending on scope.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed for commissions.

9. Shipping

DOMESTIC (US):

Our shipping prices vary depending on order amount. Most of the time, we cover the remainder of the actual amount of the shipping to remove a bulk of the cost from our customers. Delivery times vary based on the carrier. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

10. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. For details, please see our FAQ.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will work with you on a solution, if applicable.
