For custom commissions, we work with you to design your piece. A deposit may be required before work begins. Timelines vary depending on scope.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed for commissions.

9. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is given to the carrier.

10. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. For details, please see our FAQ.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will work with you on a solution, if applicable.
